    yo yo... yst marks the end of my culinary science lesson life in sentosa... sob sob.. k la... its nt like i m realli super sad to end culinary la just tt i will miss the fun and sneaking of food to eat in the kitchen and trying our best nt to get scolding from the chefs... lol... bt then the prob is everyweek there is bound to be ppl who have to sacrific and get scolded by the chef be it their fault or not... bt i think i will still miss the time in the kitchen but definately not the times of waking up at 5am in the morning to be at harbourfront at 7 to get into sentosa to get ready for culi by 8am... i mean tt is something tt i would not miss for sure lor... yupx...

    aniwae, yst was the execution day for our dearest culi project, the project tt is supposedly the deciding factor on whether we would pass or fail or do well for the subject anot. of course things will not be smooth on the actual day it self de la... n guess wad happen? they missed out apples which is the main ingredient for our apple spice rice... in the end we had to send the service staff out to get which they manage to get cuz wad we wanted was green apples not red apples.. when service started, we realise tt there was too much of the side dishes liao le.. then we keep going over to help eat up the food but of course we could not help much either as there was really too much... so we combined the side dishes like the apple spice rice and mashed potato together and sell it at 1 buck, which luckily we manage to do so. yupx.... overall it was quite fun la.. tiring though... had to stand the whole day and walk around with the stupid kitchen boots... at least in the end the fact tat we manage to hit our sales target made it all worth.

    aniwae, todae is me n dear de 6th month n guess where did we go? we ended up at my hse!!!! haha,...long story la... bt then he ended up getting along super well with my bro.. guess at least tt was something good.. heex..
